and ensure that we know what you
require from us.
Many companies pass their customers
from department to department without
passing on information, this leads
to frustration before your even
able to tell the correct person
what the issue is.
If you have a query all you have
to do is ask your Account Manager.
For example, if you wish to receive
your invoices via the post rather
than email, with a lot of companies
you would have to navigate an extensive
telephone system, followed by having
to give your details to several
people, before you finally get the
desired result.

have to phone or email them directly,
