If many of your customers contact your company via the telephone Business Director is just the product for you, it has a built in Order Processing system so your Call Centre staff can enter orders quickly and efficiently. It works on a 3 step process which are described below:

Step 1

In this Step the user would add all the details associated with the customer, these are details like Name, Address, Delivery Address, Email and Phone Number. |

Step 2
|
Select the products that the customer wants to purchase and attach them to the order. The stock levels are reduced automatically. |

Step 3
|
Confirm the details entered and select the payment method, at this step any free promotions and credits are added and processed.When the user and the customer are happy with the order just press the process button and the details are all stored. |
Once the order is in the system the Call Centre Staff can access it via the Order Management or Customer Management systems. From these sections they can View or Update any of the details as needed. Everything is at there disposal.
