If you are an existing customer you
can create a ticket within our Ticketing
System to ensure your problem is dealt
with in a prompt professional manner.
Each company is assigned different
accounts and are provided with usernames
and passwords to log and update Tickets.
These Tickets are dealt with as a
priority and you will be able to view
the whole life history of the Ticket
to ensure it is dealt with to your
satisfaction.
